Service

Flashcards is an open-source spaced-repetition and flashcards tool. The hosted cloud beta is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during the beta period.

Service Provider

The hosted Flashcards service is provided by Ozma Inc. Flashcards was created by Kirill Markin, and ozma.io is the related company website for the hosted service.

Your Data

You own your data. We do not claim any rights to the cards, review history, or other learning content you enter.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for illegal activities, attempt to access other users' data, abuse the API rate limits, or submit harmful, unlawful, or abusive content through the AI/chat features.

AI Features

AI chat is optional. If you use it, your requests may be processed by third-party AI providers configured for the hosted service, and responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it or applying changes.

Availability

The hosted service is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, pause, or be removed without notice during the beta period. For guaranteed availability or full operational control, self-host the application on your own infrastructure.
